By hand picking and inspecting all our fruits we can ensure quality and freshness for every order we deliver.

Fruit is then placed in our commercial freeze dryers and frozen to subzero temperatures. Through the sublimation process all frozen crystals are vacuumed out  and slow dried at low temperatures for more than 30 hrs. to preserve nutrients, flavor and longevity.

The final stage is to then place in a Mylar bag with a oxygen absorber and seal to lock in freshness for many years. We here at Maurya's Freeze Dried Goodness are very proud of our end product and know we are a cut above!
